The Indian Tomb (1921 film) - Directed by Joe May - Full Movie

Debra Paget is an American actress and entertainer. She is perhaps best known for her performances in Cecil B. DeMille's epic The Ten Commandments and in Elvis Presley's film debut, Love Me Tender, as well as for the risqué snake dance scene in The Indian Tomb.

First part of a serial spectacle, in which the unfaithful wife of a cruel Indian prince attempts to escape from his domination.

The Indian Tomb (German: Das indische Grabmal; 1921) was a two-part German silent film directed by Joe May. It is based on the 1918 novel Das indische Grabmal by Thea von Harbou It comprised two parts, Part I: the Mission of the Yogi and Part II: the Tiger of Bengal (German: Das Indische Grabmal: Der Tiger von Eschnapur). Upon its release, it was neither a critical nor commercial success and has been little seen until two recent restorations were completed, a European film restoration and a U.S. video restoration by David Shepard.
